Convention and Exposition Fees

Registration fees include admission to convention sessions, exhibits, and all meal functions. The registration fee does not include lodging. A $50 per day surcharge will be assessed anyone staying at another hotel.

Full Registration deadline is July 3. After July 3 you must pay a late registration cost, and only a check or credit card will be accepted. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $75 administration fee will be assessed on cancellations made after July 11. Due to reservation guarantees, no refunds will be given after July 16.

Membership rates will be extended to members of the Maryland Env’l Lab Association (MELA), & the Independent Testing Lab Association (ITLA). Membership information for all the associations may be requested by calling (570) 888-4768. Anyone joining either PaAAEL or NYAAEL before the conference will receive membership rates.

Families are welcome at the evening meal functions (additional charges apply). Please indicate the total number on your registration form. Also, please include children’s ages. This will fulfill the reservation requirement.

Accommodations

The “Laboratory Methodology & Data Quality” conference will be held at Hope Lake Lodge at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 2177 Klute Road, Cortland, NY 13045 (800) 955-2754.
Hope Lake Lodge reservations can be made by phone or mail
. Overnight room rates on July 22nd & 23rd for meeting & trade show participants are $130 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy. Larger rooms that sleep six are $199. Rooms that sleep eight are $230, and rooms that sleep ten are $245. The Lodge will honor these rates for July 21st & 24th as well, for those that would like to extend their trip. Please call the number above to make your reservation. Tell reservations that you are with the NY Association of Environmental Labs. You will need to guarantee the room with a major credit card at the time you make the reservation.
Family rates: A conference attendee may share a room with their spouse and children for no extra charge. Meals are extra. Adult tickets (including ages 13 and up) for Sunday night are $30. Monday night tickets are $38 each. Meals for children 1-3 are free, and meals for children ages 4-12 are $9.
Reservations must be in by July 7, 2012. After this date, the Lodge will accept reservations on a space available basis only. The above mentioned rate may NOT apply after this date.
