2024 PAAEL ANNUAL CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The 2024 PAAEL Annual Conference will be held Wednesday October 16 and Thursday October 17 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg – Hershey 604 Station Rd, Grantville PA 17028. Our Vendor/Sponsor Exhibition is scheduled for Wednesday October 16. If you are interested in participating in both days of the conference, please contact office@paael.org. 

We will again have a Meet & Greet on Wednesday, October 16 at the end of the day.

The cost is only $375 for Corporate Sponsors and $775 for Non-Corporate Sponsors first exhibitors and $125 for additional exhibitors.

All exhibit spaces will include: one 6’ draped table with two chairs, 110 V electrical outlet, 2 Drink Tickets at Vendor Meet and Greet, Morning/Afternoon Refreshments Breaks, Breakfast and Lunch Buffet, and the List of Registrants.

Deadline to register is September 30th.

Registration Fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be made only if the event is cancelled. Substitutions can be made by contacting the office.
