Rosemary holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College, is enrolled in University of Maryland’s graduate program for Technology Entrepreneurship, serves on UNLV’s College of Sciences Advisory Board, UNLV’s Technology Assessment Committee, is a past board member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Southern Nevada, and a founding member of Cancer Research Racquet which funds cancer researchers through the American Cancer Society. 

Paul Banfer is Co-founder, and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for EISC Lab Data Automation. Formerly with Lockheed Martin, Paul has over 20 years of scientific IT and is chief architect of EISC’s software technology. All EISC solutions focus on a seamless transfer of information, regulatory compliance, increased productivity, quality assurance, and data integrity. Paul is a former board member for the EPA’s Environmental Laboratory Advisory Board (ELAB), which advises on the NELAC/NELAP process and standards providing assistance to entities involved in meeting regulatory compliance on a daily basis. Paul studied Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maryland and serves on the College of Sciences Advisory Board for UNLV. Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, EISC’s past and present clients include the FDA, SGS Life Sciences, Covestro, First Energy Corporation, Clark County Water Reclamation District, Massachusetts Department of Health, NASA, American Water, Merck, United States Enrichment Corp.
