“Lead Through Effective Communications: 10 Ways Lab Leaders Communicate Trust”
Why is trust missing in our leaders today? Is trust an important quality for the seasoned veteran as well as for rising leadership stars? How can I develop trust on my team?
High trust environments lead to top performance in teams, satisfaction, and bottom-line results. Low trust among team members can be improved with 10 communications strategies that every leader should learn and practice. This workshop will address why trust is vital to effective leadership, and then provide helpful techniques for fostering high trust among teams of laboratory workers. This workshop is a must for those currently in roles of leadership in high performance labs and related technical organizations.
Fundamental to this workshop are interactive discussions, demonstrations, and student exercises designed to build trust and communications savvy.
